Hornback Strategic Services CEO and founder Andrew Hornback likes to say that “national security and national defense is the family business.”  Generation after generation of men and women in our family tree have answered the call to service of our nation as far back as the Revolutionary War.  Defending our nation is in our bloodlines, whether in uniform, as civilians, or as part of the overall defense supply chain – this is what we do, this is what our family stands for.  Hornback Strategy Services is a continuation of that legacy, defending democracy, and in our case, “Defending the Arsenal of Democracy.”  

A United States-based consulting firm, Hornback Strategic Services LLC provides extensive experience, objectivity, and a goal-oriented approach to our clients’ strategic and information security program objectives.  Our consulting services are holistic and build upon investments our clients have already made in their people, processes and technology.

We focus specifically on consulting for strategic, program driven outcomes – no product or third-party services sales.  We often find our clients wanting to know which technology or vendor is better than another and by staying vendor-agnostic, we deliver our honest opinions - not something driven by a sales quota or a brand relationship.  Our clients appreciate our neutrality when it comes to analyzing existing technology bases and evaluating prospective vendors.
